The ideal candidate will have hospital pharmacy experience and specialized training in emergency or critical care pharmacology. Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy support in the emergency department. Ensure safe, effective medication use for critically ill and emergent patients. Participate in patient care rounds, medication therapy management, and clinical decision-making.
